Boy's Club is a church-based mentoring ministry for future men. Using a variety of methods to reach boys according to their age. Each age group has various merit badges the Ranger can receive. Since its inception in 1962, millions of boys in the United States and around the world have been guided through the ministry. Today, they are successful businessmen, public servants, pastors, church leaders, missionaries, etc.
Fred Moyer, Senior Commander of Royal Rangers, has been involved with Royal Rangers since he was 13 years old. He has been with Outpost 234 since 1999, and has been Senior Commander since 2000. Fred's duties as a Royal Ranger leader extend beyond the walls of Family Worship Center where he is Deputy Sectional Commander for Penn-Del's East Central Section.
From being involved with Royal Rangers since childhood, Fred's experiences extend beyond the outward thrills of the Royal Ranger activities to the inward joys of caring Christian men who spent time with him throughout his years as a young Ranger.
As a leader for so many years, not only has Fred experienced trials that gave him wisdom, but he has also experienced the pride of seeing "one of his boys" grow into a fine Christian young man. Please feel free towith any questions you may have.
